Pizza.gr: Learning the art of pizza in the most delicious way

Crispy dough, melted cheese and fresh vegetables in a round pan: The truth is that a pizza is enough to whet our appetite. Or rather, the mere description of our favourite food is enough to make us imagine our first bite. After all, as true pizza lovers, we are always on the hunt for the most delicious pizza, constantly planning our next visit to the place where we will learn the art of pizza. Somehow, the road took us to the place where pizza ‘writes’ the taste, or in other words... to Pizza.gr.

The most delicious experience, then, was waiting for us on the third floor of The Mall Athens, courtesy of Pizza.gr. Right there, the delicious smell of freshly baked dough and the street food atmosphere were the perfect ‘closure’ of our shopping trip, with a range of delicious options unfolding in front of us, focusing on our all-time favorite food, aka pizza. Unsurprisingly, the struggle to decide what to order was great, as was our appetite at the time.

So, after a short ‘meeting’ with our shopping buddy, what we decided was to get a pizza in the middle, but also to experience the authentic Pizza.gr experience by trying something else from the menu. So, in a nutshell, our menu for the day tasted like genuine Greek pizza, made from the highest quality ingredients. With the pizza triplet on the table, the pork shoulder, fresh mushrooms and green peppers took centre stage in every bite, and every slice felt like a lesson in the art of pizza. The aftermath? The secrets to a delicious dough are many, but the ‘key’ is in the taste. 

As for the other dishes that made up the complete Pizza.gr or more correctly, Pizza.GreekReal experience, they were none other than a hot dog with cabbage, carrot, mayo, mustard and ketchup and the crosscut fries. Always, accompanied by our choice of refreshments, as they are an integral part of the ‘ritual’. So while the vibes were ‘screaming’ street food, we couldn't help but enjoy every bite. 

Slowly the plates emptied and we, being fuller than ever, could safely say that we were full, both in taste and quality. And our pizza loving selves were happier than ever, as they were one step closer to learning the art of their favorite pizza... Till next time then!
