So, we visited Mailo's The Pasta Project store again and the truth is that we didn't know what to choose among the delicious flavors of fresh pasta, offered in 3 different shapes: rigatoni, campanelle and casarecce. Each selection is accompanied by their signature sauces, fresh and full of flavour.

A mind-blowing combination of flavours 

Once we arrived at Mailo's The Pasta Project store we found ourselves once again looking over and over again at the menu, examining our available options. Seeing in real time how the fresh pasta is made, we had no doubt that whatever we ordered would put us over the top.

After some thought, though, we settled on our choices. First up, the Chicken Tikka Masala, with its juicy chicken in a velvety yoghurt sauce, cream cheese and spice blend, which 'transported' us somewhere in India. This was followed by the all-time favourite, Truffle Mushrooms, with wild mushroom cream, rich parmesan and white truffle oil, which completely satisfied our taste buds. Of course, we didn't forget to top it with a little, extra, parmesan cheese and accompany our tasty choices with our favorite refreshments.

So after this tasting experience, the conclusion was clear: There is pasta and there is fresh pasta from Mailo's The Pasta Project store. And to enjoy it, all we have to do is visit The Mall Athens.
