The IKEA order pick-up point is located on level 0 of The Mall Athens, very close to the moving walkways and the elevator.
Deliveries from the point can be made by appointment that you choose while placing your order. The opening hours of the pick-up point are weekdays and Saturday 16.00-20.00.
Prerequisite for receipt is the order form along with the proof of payment or the confirmation SMS.
